Ironman Langkawi 2015

The ocean swim starts from the picturesque white sandy beach of Pantai Kok with a two-loop triangle out and back course. A two-loop bike course heads out of Pantai Kok on to a clockwise loop from towards the rolling hills of Datai and the fringes of Kuah Town. Athletes will return from the bike into an unique indoor air conditioned transition at the Mahsuri International Exhibition Center. The new 2 lap run course will be an amazing scenic run beside the Langkawi International Airport towards the finish line at the stunning Chenang beach.

A pristine new Swim venue announced for IRONMAN Malaysia. Clean and calm lagoon waters at Pantai Kok on the resort side of island. Saturday 14 November.

Calling all kids aged 5-12!

Become an IRONKIDS Champion on Friday 13 November when you complete a 1km run through the famous IRONMAN Malaysia Finish Arch just like the Pros!

Each finisher will receive a medal to wear loud and proud and also a certificate.

Get the whole family involved with the IRONKIDS Family Wave; with an emphasis on safety, fitness and fun. A great day out for all.
